Alexbank is looking for digital operations managers to work under the Back Office area & handling the below responsibilities :
- Handling the Operational digitalized transformation.
- Handling the revision of E- Wallet on Mob Pay System and Activation of the service from the customers.
- Managing for all card settlement operations.
- Oversee the card production process (data entry, embossing, delivery).
- Managing card complaint issues and provide guidance and resolution to the customer care function.
- Supporting business new electronic products.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Minimum 7 years’ Banking experience.
- Full Knowledge of CRM , card operation and aware of the digital products .
